Keeping Clean and Maintaining Distance

We realize many of you will need your car on a daily basis, despite COVID-19. We also realize that our experience and direct communications with the Honda factory are the most certain ways to keep your car safe and reliable when you may need it most. For that reason, we’ll remain open for as long as allowed by State or Federal regulations to take care of your Service needs.

Here’s our “Safe” approach to Honda Service:

The following measures were put in place to maintain a high level of quality service while, at all times, respecting recommendations from health officials to maintain “social distancing”.

Online Service Appointment Scheduling — Set your appointment online to ensure a smooth, quick drop-off. You can communicate with your Service Advisor most of what he/she will need to know. We will follow-up by phone or text if we have questions or need to share information.

“No-Touch” Drop-Off — We’ve extended our “early bird drop-off” procedures to all hours of operation. If you would prefer, schedule your appointment online or by phone and simply leave your keys in your car when you drop-off your vehicle. Of course, be sure a Service Advisor acknowledges your arrival and is prepared to quickly move your car to our Service area.

Clean Car Pickup — Our professional Honda Service Technicians will be cleaning all high-contact areas of your car prior to and following work. Rubber gloves will be worn while servicing your car and any surface they touch will be cleaned when finished. Assuming you have paid online, upon pick-up, we will meet you in the Service Drive with a carefully cleaned set of keys and your paperwork. Your car will be brought to you, with windows down and air conditioning on.

Increased Shuttle Service — Many of our customers rely on friends, family, Uber, or Lyft for rides to and from our dealership when having their cars serviced. Recognizing that some of those options are not as attractive currently, we have increased our capacity for providing shuttle rides to nearby destinations. While you may be riding with other customers, you can be assured that we are meticulously cleaning surfaces in our vehicles after each trip.

Fresh Cabin Air Filters — If you are in need of a new cabin air filter, we will install one while performing other services at zero labor charge.
