TIRES FOR LIFE TODAY, TOMORROW AND FOREVER


Tracy Honda herby certifies that it will replace worn tires on New Honda vehicle purchased
from Tracy Honda for as long as the vehicle is owned by the original purchaser, subject to the following terms and
limitations:


  • All scheduled service, maintenance and repairs on the vehicle must be performed by Tracy Honda.
  • At least the manufacturer's minimum required schedule for service and maintenance must be performed on the vehicle by Tracy Honda at customer's expense.
  • PAX Tire System (Flat Tire Program) is excluded.
  • The vehicle's tires must be properly inflated, used and maintained by customer at customer's expense, the vehicle's tires must be rotated, balanced and inspected every 7,500 miles by Tracy Honda and vehicle's wheels must be aligned at least once each year Or every 15,000 miles by Tracy Honda.
  • Only tires with normal wear patterns (wear evenly across the tread) will be replaced free of charge. A Pro-rata price adjustment will be made for replacement of tires with abnormal wear (a tread difference of 2/32nd of an inch or more across the tread). Destroyed or blown tires will not be replaced. Tires will not be replaced which become unserviceable due to road hazard injuries (cuts, punctures, impact damages or bruises), incorrect mounting, tire/wheel imbalance, improper repair, misapplication, improper maintenance, racing, under-inflation, over-inflation, flat spotting caused by improper storage, chemical corrosion, weather checking, accident, fire or vandalism.
  • The tires to be replaced must comply with the manufacturer's specification for the vehicle and the tires must have only been used in this vehicle. When presented for replacement, the tire must be on the vehicle for inspection.
  • Tires will be replaced when tread depth has worn 3/32nds of an inch or below. Replacements requested by the customer at the higher treads will be prorated, with the customer being responsible for the proportionate share of the cost of the replacement tire based on the amount of tread depth remaining on the excess of 3/32nds of an inch.
  • Tires will be replaced with tires of the same size and performance rating specified by the vehicle's manufacturer, but the replacement tire will not necessarily be the original brand supplied on the vehicle. The customer pays labor and applicable taxes on replacement tires and the government disposal fee for the tires being replaced.
  • S2000 model excluded.
  • Tires must be replaced at Tracy Honda. No reimbursement will be made for the tires purchased elsewhere. Replaced tires become the property of Tracy Honda.
  • Vehicles used for commercial or high performance purposes are ineligible for tire replacement under this program.

IN NO EVENT WILL TRACY HONDA BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURIES ARISING OUT OF TIRE MANUFACTURING OR DESIGN DEFECTS, FAILURE TO PROPERLY MAINTAIN AND INFLATE TIRES OR ORDINARY WEAR AND TEAR ON TIRES. TRACY HONDA MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, FOR ANY TIRES USED OR INSTALLED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. CUSTOMER WILL BE LIMITED TO ANY WRITTEN WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
