I want to thank you and your team for the wonderful time I had at the New Owners Clinic last evening. It was so very informative, and it was certainly evident that your team cares about it's customers. I've never experienced anything like it before. I really didn't come because you offered a free oil change. I wanted to see if you really did all the things you advertised in your invitation. Well, you did and much more.
Please extend my thanks to your management and staff for a job well done. The talk around town and the tri-valley area is that Tracy Honda is the best in customer service. I can vouch for that.
