Our, daughter Glenda, had a flat tire near Tracy yesterday. She was in the Honda Odyssey with four children and my wife on the way to Arkansas. Your dealership installed four new Michelin Tires on her van. Just wanted to say a huge thanks to your dealership for assisting her. She felt that you were very fair in your charges and great in your assistance. She said that she wishes she had bough the van from your dealership. It's nice to know there are still honest car dealerships in this country.

 I wanted to take a moment from your busy day to acknowledge one of your employees.  As the current owner of three Honda Civics (purchased from your dealership) I've had numerous occasions to be a customer at your service department.  Through the years I've had the pleasure of being assisted by Jeremy Stricker.  I've always found Jeremy to be honest, professional, and most helpful.  His knowledge and dedication to his job has always been comforting to me.   

 Today, my wife brought my car into service because one of the tires was slowly leaking air.  I had purchased the 2008 Honda when your dealership offered the "Tires for Life" program.   Jeremy made the process hassle free. 

 Having been in law enforcement for close to 30 years, I know a little something about "good and bad customer service".  Jeremy is an asset to your business and one of the reasons I have continued to support Tracy Honda.  I felt his supervisors should know the fine work he does.

Hi there,
My name is Robin S. and my husband and I just wanted to drop a note to you to let you know just how impressed we were with the service Manager at Tracy Honda. We had taken my 2006 Honda CR-V in for the 30,000 check up and had some questions about some other items in my car.   Mr. Keegan was absolutely professional and yet very friendly and even funny.  He was extremely helpful and explained everything to us in detail - which was very nice.  He made good on his promises, which I appreciated.  He even called a couple of times just to see how our car was doing and if we had experienced any problems.  We were very satisfied with our service, experience, and treatment at the Tracy Honda.

 event for new owners on Wednesday--it was both informative and
 enjoyable! The event was well organized and perfectly timed. I also
 appreciated the yummy refreshments and fun raffle prizes.
