The Detroit auto show is quickly approaching and Tracy Honda can hardly wait to see what Honda has in store this year. That is to say, we know that Honda will be arriving in Detroit with the 2013 Accord Coupe Concept, we just can't wait to see it.

The Accord has a long history of being a favorite in the Honda lineup. In fact, this year will mark its 30th year of American production at the Marysville, Ohio Honda plant. Even more, that particular plant was the first Japanese auto plant to open here in the United States. So it's no wonder to us that it's the top-selling variant in the Honda lineup.

Furthermore, it doesn't surprise us that the 2013 Accord Coupe is the model Honda has chosen to debut their new plug-in hybrid system in. We're not really sure what else to expect from the famous sedan, but, according to the automaker, the concept set to debut in Detroit will reveal "the styling direction of the next-generation Honda Accord Coupe." They go on to say that it "will convey the dynamic and aggressive styling profile"¹ of the ninth-gen Accord, set to go on sale next fall.

It's too bad we have to wait almost a whole year before the new Accord arrives here at 3450 Auto Plaza Way Tracy, CA 95304, because we're sure it'll be quite the car - in coupe or four-door sedan form.
